Michael W. Trudnak, Chairman of the Board, CEO
Prior to co-founding Guardian, Mr. Trudnak was President and CEO of Advanced Data Centers, a private web hosting corporation in South Florida . In his 25 years of diversified executive management, Mr. Trudnak has a demonstrated track record in sales and business development, business operations, and technology and administrative management in both the public and private sectors. As Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Sales for Equant, he instituted a direct and indirect sales plan and team responsible for the generation and management of annual sales of $192 million. As Executive Director for Southeast region Sales at Global One his responsibilities included business unit profit and loss management, new business development and direct management of the Southeast Regional sales team generating over $110 million in annual revenue. Mr. Trudnak also previously worked for Sprint International in successively challenging positions where he spearheaded initiatives for the planning, development and implementation of the global expansion of Sprint's U.S. public data network. Mr. Trudnak's experience includes corporate high-tech start-ups, as well as successful implementation of innovative cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.
