Hey unless you know whats up with them why dont you post something with some thought behind it instead of continuous babble with no reality.

Stockinsider, to sell restricted shares they have to file. In addition, it is sometimes a good sign to see shares ready for sale because it usually means the PPS is going higher!

Again, there is NO INDICATION anywhere I look that suggests shares are about to be sold.

If the management ever sells shares, it's because they want more money. If they want more money, they raise the PPS. If they raise the PPS we make more money. See how nice it works out?
