also those who have restricted shares are mostly insiders who know perfectly what is going to happen because they are non-disclosed and through different sources i already know some police departments in california love this frisker and that contract will come out so DON't worry about the restricted shares..;if you have not bought yet this stock i should start to worry right now because this will not come back to .003 my friend. keep on trying but you are waisting your time
