Wow... thanks for the update!

3.9 billion? wow... that coincides nicely with the charts and the very positive CMF... I may just have to load up some more tomorrow... that is if I can get any 0.0004's... doubt it...

Unfortunately, your post raises more questions than it answers. It also supports Pink Sheets LLC's campaign to get straight answers from non-reporting companies.

Re: "O/S & A/S: He says the authorized is about 6 billion, the outstanding about 3.9 billion."

Re: "He was unaware of the new pinksheets.com rating system (and indeed seemed unfamiliar with pinkseets.com), and said he’ll look into it."

1) Early this year Mr. Corr filed SEC Form 144 to sell 44 million shares. The SEC rule is pinkie insiders, from their own holdings, can sell a maximum 1% of O/S every quarter. This means the O/S in early 2007 must have been at least 4.4 billion shares.

2) On November 1, 2006-over eight months ago-RSHN published an O/S of 3.642974 billion shares.

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=RSHN
CIK: 0001087329
Outstanding Shares: 3,642,974,000 as of 2006-11-01

If current O/S is "about 3.9 billion," we must believe RSHN sold only 257 million shares into the market since November 1, 2006. That being the case, where did the money come from to buy Garden? For the Garden deal alone, RSHN supposedly placed 500 million shares in escrow.

3) On April 30, 2007, shortsinthesand, a respected poster, said he called RSHN and demanded to knowv the O/S. They told him 5.4 billion.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=19252726

"Today I called Tom Swan the instructed number and contact person from the TA at 708-389-6625 and demanded that he tell me. after a little round Robin and after he understood that I meant business he told me that it is five billion four hundred million shares!"

4)The A/S is not "about 6 billion." A/S is exactly 6 billion. RSHN and State of Nevada both know it.

5) "Unaware of the new pinksheets.com rating system" sounds plausible for this bunch. "Unfamiliar with pinkseets.com" is virtually impossible. How can a company be unfamiliar with where their stock is listed? RSHN issued a PR about the Pink Sheets on March 29, 2006.

"RushNet, Inc. Dazzles Expo West 2006 - Attracts Major Interest from China and Hong Kong; Adds Pink Sheets Real Time Quotes
Mar 29, 2006 9:10:00 AM"

6) Then there is this intriguing post drawn from Vickers.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=18959207
Anyone know a Mario Caballero? He just filed a FORM 144 for 5,000,000 shares. At 1% for the filing, this means Mario is holding 500,000,000 shares.

Now we know why the T/A is gagged and why P.T. Barnum was right.

I'm located in Brooklyn as well, and I can definitely make the Tuesday show. If you're willing to turn over the pass just let me know when and where to pick it up. I'll bring a camera to the show but if anybody threatens to take my camera or fine me or something nobodies gonna be seeing any pics, lol

Nice report, alopex.

Cans not ready? Ahhhh!

So disappointing.

You gotta seize opportunities when you can.

And to miss on the upcoming school year would be devastating, because that allows another company to steal what may have been our "shelf space".

The longer we wait to get in the door, the harder it will be to grab a spot in schools.

Good to see about new label designs. I never liked e-water's labels.

In all, kind of making me nervous because Bob seems to be having trouble getting product to market.

It would seem like you could correct many things over the course of one weekend. Labels? An artist could have that covered in a day. Cans? Get on the phone and work up a deal with a canner. How hard is that?

I'm not concerned about Pink Sheet reporting and the like.

I'm only concerned about getting product to market.

Reporting won't matter if you can't move product.

That should be our biggest concern.

Cans? "Drive it"? What is meant by "drive it"?

"signature leisure"? What is that?

Thanks alopex...I find this very interesting also...

"Most interesting thing to me: realizing that he just cannot raise the kind of money he needs on the Pinks, Bob is looking for a parent/partner company that is already listed on a higher exchange, or perhaps for a shell. He has already put together a proposal to work with a company that recently completed a big round of fundraising and has put itself on the OTCBB. He thinks that this a hot time for consolidation in the industry, and he wants to be part of it."

I am wondering if Wild Fruitz and Rush are going to be a part of that consolidation in the industry he mentioned....hmmm... Rush seems to be larger than Wild Fruitz, and a parent/partner to get to the OTCBB...Nice
