GSCR,IMO no dilution what so ever going on there,And I have exchanged emails with the ceo a few times.talked to him on the phone a couple of times too,the float right now is right in the i-box on their board..it is 352mil,But I think the 14-c was a little confusing and am waiting for a decent 8-k from the company at anytime,I consider this my play for 2007 and I think a buck a share before the end of the year is not out of the question..
