I’ll bet that Dr. Gold is not at the helm of DNDN when the company receives FDA approval to market Provenge.

I won't take that bet because I think there is some (albeit small) chance that the 483 thing has some teeth. Add to this the fact that I think it probable that the interim will fail and there is a lot of time for random other events to cause Gold to leave.

The original wager offer was about the suit. Because you made reference to orange jumpsuits and the 483 making the suit much more meaningful. The wager offer was not about approval timelines or other issues out in 2010 or beyond.
