imo, Its a bad deal for investors if AMEP does a R/S. If some investors feel that a R/S will get AMEP on the AMEX, they are highly mistaken. After the R/S, and AMEP lists their stock at $5 PPS, it will be $5 for 1 minute because fundamentals does not support a PPS of $5. The PPS will sink back to .03 within 36 hours and be taken off the AMEX.
This is what AMEP needs to do. Get a big investor on their side. Say, someone (private investor) that can invest at least $20 million. AMEP needs to prove that the oil and gas exists. The big investor has to know where the formation is located and how long it will take to reach the oil and gas.
If the leadership doesn't know this, then there is a problem with the CEO.imo
A R/S will not change the fundamentals of the company!
