OT Think I'm moving to Texas. Just watched a show about the House of Flame in Houston cooking brisquets. Wow did they look great.

JimLur: When you come down for the Houston 100, we will have to have a good old fashion Bar BQ cook-off in your honor. That's where you will really see some "brisket" cooking. Maybe we can get mschere to enter some of those S Florida cook's. They really are "not" the same. Like the adds say, No Place But Texas.
