well do an overlay of the SOX with MRVL. It was in the down trend with the SOX till July one year ago, following the SOX perfectly. SOX is up from then and MRVL is still only mid way in it consolidation range for the entire year. MRVL is way behind and I do not think its almost complete financials/restatement warrants where it is in relation to the market. The stock option fiasco should be behind it or to little effect at this point as S2 has said.

I do not think there is any catalyst that warrants a pullback to 17 level as some think.
