On last Monday morning, MRVL filed 4 of the 5 quarterly results it was delinquent on. I'm pulling for them to file their last 10-Q on this Monday - - probably not a high probability, but I'm hoping.
Whenever they've finally caught up, brokerage and institutional sponsorship will significantly pick up at that point. This event alone will probably be worth a 10% bump within a few trading days.
