MMs have to cover Wilshire's shares just like anyone else's.

If Wilshire KNOWS they are taking HMGP to AMEX, which will force a squeeze, Wilshire then benefits from the squeeze just like the rest of us. That's all the more incentive for Wilshire to buy shares, and to also get HMGP uplisted.
