I think that MGWE had a major collapse in PPS for reasons we're unsure of, and a few message boards discovered the stock, and people became enthusiastic about the play.
But it's an unknown stock, and given the fact that it was a short, low volume, holiday week, there wasn't alot of opportunity for other traders to discover the story.
Next week, it all depends on the success of traders who like the play to distribute the story, and demonstrate the upside potential of the stock.
