While this is pennyland and anything is "possible". There would be horrendous ramifications if that were true. That is a form of insider trading.

visit to China...Besides the check 21 with the beijing base banks, the last visit they also talked to the Jiangxi Government about paying all gov. employees on plastic cards. And how about that russian bank.
