Question for the board:

I'm not accusing anyone within this company of anything, but something has been quietly eating away at me. I decided to ask this board if anyone else has had similar thoughts. Before you answer, just think about what I am going to ask you before you reply.

I'm sure everyone has noticed how the company has issued PR's indicating dilution through acquisition, and originally the big one when they raised the A/S to 11 billion. Before these PR's, we had nice rallies going. Then the company issues a PR indicating a share base change. Boom, the rally halts instantly and the share price plummets.

What has the company really done to help the share holder? I ask that cause they have stated several times they are concerned about share holder value. They could have easily paid a dividend. It wouldn't have to be much either to get positive results. That would have sent this stock to DA MOOOOON as Clams would say.

I am a patient person. I intend to give management the time they asked for. That is not what this post is about. The low share price doesn't concern me at the moment. What concerns me is the companies actions when the stock starts running. Why PR bad news when the stock is running? Any one with any experience at all in the market knows that when a stock is running the company needs not say a word. Why do they?

Here is my question: Could someone within this company, or a close friend of the company be short? Think about it. If the company knows it will be issuing shares for any reason, would it benefit insiders to be long or short? If the share base is increasing, shorts make a killing. Not accusing anyone of anything here, just passing on a thought. I would like to hear people's "honest" opinions on the subject whether you agree with me or not. Price action here cannot be explained. High volume or low volume, nothing moves this stock. Very strange to say the least.
