I agree, it is great news. I am rather shocked by the lack of comments, considering all of the constant complaining about the licensing department and lack of news. Geeez, they finally do sign an amendment to a previous contract which eliminates the MFL, extends the license until 2015, with additional negotiations on rates thereafter, and as an aside mentions the 1995 agreement covering TDMA based 2G products remains in place. Yes, in return there is a gradual reduction in rates, but even still this is good news IMO.
