The Board of directors will have ample opportunity to reward CB for a job well done (pay raises, bonuses etc) after AMEP provides sustained returns to shareholders. Many investors who bought in the past year or 2 currently have paper losses - this is not the time to be asking shareholders to reward the CEO.
