investors don't make out after a RS....after a RS you have only about 3 days to recover about 90% of your investment....the company who uses this as a ATM couldn't care less what the PPS is as long as thier is a bid....if they need $500.000 they dump that amount of shares....when the bid is gone and gone for good they RS again....
same here. I'm relatively new with trading stocks and I have not endured an R/S yet. Is this something that will happen overnight and will the shares automatically be adjusted in my account?
