Q: Who may be present at the Special Meeting and who may vote?
A: All holders of our common stock may attend the Special Meeting in person.
However, only holders of our common stock of record as of July 9, 2007 may cast their votes in person or by proxy at the Special Meeting.
It is clear that only holders of stock as of July 9th can vote. Can anyone confirm with certainty, preferably with a reference, how the number of shares voted is defined?
For instance, if a shareholder has 1 million shares as of July 9th, but increases holdings to 10 million by the date of the vote, how many shares are voted? TIA
