thanks for all the work you have been doing. I hope all works out well. I am still just not sure about this stock. I thought IR said that the 8k would be filed in the next several days and then it was said that "they are not required to file but might file anyway." I am not liking the sound of that. I have been burned several times, so I hope this one is different.
lalitha, my only worry here is the sp does go down. i would have preferred and wanted the cash divy instead. it makes sense that the distributed shares will be restricted from transfer for one year pursuant to sec rule 144.
