My analysis after dividends

Current TEXG share structure per Yahoo Finance Key Statistics -
Shares O/S 3.69M
Shares Float 3.44M
Shares Short 25M
Let us say on the date of the symbol change the O/S increase to 7.38M(2 times the current float).
If we assume 1 share of Westar is worth 3.63 sh of TEXG (based on the June 8th PR we would have about 2M shares of
Westar which will be free trading.The rest of the Westar shares, what ever the number O/S would be restricted for some time - usually a year.
What ever the price the shares would be trading at the free trading shares would be a lot less than Westar float for some time.

I would be interested to know what others think.
