I'm being lazy here because I don't feel like looking myself right now....but does it say that the shares are "free-trading"? I remember from looking yesterday that some were defintiely restricted but had a sort of "price-protection" in place for the recipient.
Agreed, it's not good for the stockholders if the company is paying their bills in stock...free trading shares or otherwise
