In the filing the outstanding share figure is listed as 134M on 31March07. It has been posted that C Leitner confirmed that the O/S figure for 30April07, exactly one month later, was 147,559,286.

That means that the outstanding share total rose roughly 13 million plus in one month! That's dilution of 10% in one month right there, guys.

If RRGI paid bills with those shares and they are free-trading with no restrictions then I'd suggest that this is one source for shares being sold into the daily volume.
