shadow-I may be wrong but I think the 500k were already issued to consultants in exchange for services with the BDC. They were already converted to common if I recall correctly.

shadow, I was thinking the exact same thing. At first, I thought it may have been a ploy to get the SP down for some cheap share scooping, but now IMO he wants his cake before the oven has even been turned on! If only we would be informed of his rationale, if any, some of us may see things differently. C'mon Bitters, you know how to speak, don't you? Just open your mouth and words may appear.
