After all that has happened, I suspect that there are many shareholders whose breakeven is in the .06 range and they would be happy to get out with a small gain/loss.

See that's what I find hilarious. The stock is worth 4 cents. That is what it is trading at. Is the company worth more than that?

A 6 cent bid would attract interest.
