You have zero business experience, if you had any you would know the contract in Mexico has great value. If I had 15M in this company and was faced with liquidation of IP, I would put up personal guarantees to hold off the wolves, assuming the SEC is willing to settle. Only they know inside, but the fact that they continue to struggle let's me know the battle is still on. As far as losses on the stock, I base my position on annual position. So far I have two winning years one barely breakeven and so far this year a loss. The way I trade there isn't any other method of computing.
