True, BUT this is the sale of a portion of the company, and that's entirely different than ProGames that required financing before the deal could close. USA's already come out with a rather convincing statement on how they feel about the situation.
Having invested in many companies, some of which have gone through similar situations, I see an immediate pop in price followed by a lull in interest, followed by a big pop in price when the deal closes. Care to bet on whether or not the deal closes?
