Picture a virtual world superimposed over our real world.

Pickup the flour canister in the kitchen and the oven automatically turns on and begins to preheat and a laser recepie book appears on the counter survace. Just touch it to change the pages.

Pull the dirty clothes out of the hamper and the washing machine begins to fill. Touch the laser image on the wall next to the hamper to change the settings.

Pickup your car keys and the engine automatically starts before you leave the house. Touch the laser image on the table to set the heater thermostat and the defogger.
