Edited at bottom: He didn't lose, he was denied a default judgement. You need to tell the complete story. The case is still open and is going to be heard via a bench trial by Judge Leroy Moe. There's a big difference between losing a case and having a default judgement denied.

His Palmdale dd is accurate, sanswire has been behind in rent since april of '06. They were almost evicted then but now they are being evicted. period. That is public record and further all you have to do is go to LAWA.org and look at the available properties for rent at the palmdale airport and voila' Site 9 in toto is available for rent and is currently vacant at this time. So I guess that now the Metro Los Angeles Municipality is also in on the conspiracy to destroy Globetel.

As a matter of FACT !!!! thus far all of the indebtedness suits that are closed/settled were LOST by Globetel and globetel had to dish out the dough. Facts please just the facts.
