Last July WHEN we upticked, the o/s was around 74b then. So now this time around with NO dilution. That should not be a problem. And IF he does NOT convert any more shares. With that kind of volume again, we will see this PPS get up and going. And then take into consideration IF he continues to retire shares, the LESS o/s, the better our chance of a nice ROI here with this investment!
