I also worry about no 8K.
Every day I keep thinking to get out, but the volume has been light, so I am still holding.
On the day of every dead line date they set, they come up with another confusing PR to keep us guessing, and also there is nothing on the Westaroilinc.com. about TEXG.
We don't have any clue to the share structure of Westar Oil.
If they are giving us a 1 to 1 stock dividend, do we get twice as many shares of Westar? This is all confusing. May be that is why the price is not moving.

I hope this is not a scam.
