Terax Energy (TEXG)

ok, I know that I am going to get bashed for this. First, let me say that I own a substancial position in TEXG. Does anyone question why we have had three PRs this month and no 8k filed at all? The latest PR states an increase in the dividend from (6.75-whatever stock price=DIV) to a 1 for 1 share exchange. Where are these shares of terax coming from? Are they new? I am a bit confused here. However, this is begginning to really smell bad. In my opinion it could go either way. If you look at the last 8k, it said on July 15th they would close on the second half of the deal with texg for .21 per share which is what piper has been saying. In the new PR, they talk about a closing with "another" oil and gas co the second week of july.. is that a coincidence? Ouch.. I dont know about this one guys.. isnt putting out this kinda stuff illegal if it not true.. There is no mention of the 6.75 deal in this PR. I am worried. I hold a ton of XKEM and have no worries at all about that stock. but this one just seems fishy..
