Did you not read anything I just posted! lol We have no idea what the circumstances were, and to assume it's because they had no money to pay, I believe is wrong.
Since were asking questions, where did he get the money to take care of them? I certainly don't know. That was a pretty big chunk to pay if your company is going bankrupt though.
And if you think he's selling the shell, please enlighten us, where did you get that information? or was that in your opinion?
