I still not received any certs. I bought JPHC shares through my bank and got the conversion into PAVC shares for long. I can buy PAVC shares but still not sell it! Please check out this exerp coming from yahoo finance website:
Market Cap (intraday): 12.27M
Enterprise Value (27-Jun-07)3: 16.60M

I do not know if it means we have a gap of about 35% too low. I hope so!
