Living the RS.
I remember reading a long time ago about how stocks tend to meander back to the pre-split price. That is why forward splits are very attractive. The price tends to climb back toward where it was and you have many more shares of the company. The company isn't doing anything differently, it's just investor scentiment that becomes super positive.

It's pretty much a negative mirror when doing the reverse split which is why stocks that do them get the Shi% shorted out of them. They know investor psychology is completely tainted and will take considerable time to heal. By that time, the SP will have declined back toward where it was.

I've never owned a stock that did an RS and have never seen it firsthand. Unfortunately, I'm seeing it now with real money invested. Learning is fun. Of course, top that with dilution and you're running backwards on nitro.

I, like others, thought that there was a positive plan coupled with the RS to attract new investors that could quickly offset much of the negative scentiment but there hasn't really been one besides some PRs.
We really need some extrordinaty good news to put S3 into some good light for outside investors. Most that have invested so far would never invest more until the company proves that they are doing what they say and are fighting to move the shareprice upward by stopping dilution, securing future non-dilutive financing and attracting new investors. I'm sure there's many other way to promote shareholder value but I'm no CEO or investing consultant.

Was it actually zero volume today?

Hope everyone is well,
Sloth

All this is true, the funny thing about pinkys is that all it'll take is the long awaited abaxis deal to finalize and just one rto to close, and you are looking at an easy double @ todays sp, jmo
