The crux is that this company is in a vicious circle. Well-deserved lack of credibility has led to a very low market cap and losses and the need for new capital that can only be raised by selling at ever-increasing number of shares at lower and lower prices enhances the down-ward spiral. There is little reason to invest in this company until there is no longer a need to raise money by selling shares.
