Regarding Mitchell S. Felder:

While i appreciate Felder's role in developing NNLX's valuable patent line, I also wonder about recent posts questioning his ethics with regards to Nanologix.

Yes, it appears that Felder's office address is the same as Nanologix's former address. This can be verified on a simple search, but a sample page can be found here: http://marketcenter.findlaw.com/scripts/profiles/173623.html

If the worst case theory is correct, Felder was using Nanologix to subsidize his medical office. He would not have an incentive to see Nanologix grow because "business as usual" ensured the rent via Nanologix. Also, leaving the Pink Sheets would probably mean revealing this questionable subsidization due to financial disclosure (on the OTCBB or NASDAQ).

On the other hand, Felder is an integral part of Nanologix and I don't believe that people should be bashing him.

The company is moving forward -- end the hating.
