#2630 RE: dj101 #2629

dj101 - I do not hate Felder but I am glad he is no longer a factor in holding NNLX down; and , in my view, your analysis re why, under Felder's management, NNLX would NEVER get off the pink sheets is accurate. I can feel compassion for him but at the same time be critical regarding the manner he managed NNLX; I am glad he is phasing out. It is for the good of the company and shareholder value and the growth of the company. When NNLX was a private company, anything Felder did was between him and the IRS. But when NNLX, formerly Infectech, became a public company utilizing public funds, a whole new set of rules and SEC regs came into play. Using other people's money imposes a fiduciary obligation to those people and I do not believe Felder understood that.. just my view.
