Well local,

I think it comes down to the audit. Without one, we have nothing but an unconfirmed hypothesis to go by.

If we get an audit, the share price will jump based on the move towards transparency. This is one thing the hired guns keep beating into the ground. It is an easy target.

I know that you like to talk about % of leases. And that is valid. But over the large amounts of wells that BDGR has, the fact remains that they have a lot of drilling property. And at that point it comes down to the types of recovery technologies employed to recover oil.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or an oil expert to understand that the move to newer and innovative technologies has sped up dramatically now that there is $65-$70+/barrel at stake.

So he who has the property and drilling rights has a VERY good chance of succeeding. And the companies that want to buy out the Dragon know this. And they most likely have a bigger bank roll. They just want to save the money on the initial purchase and use it to develop the property.

In the case of fastb and Mark Neuhaus, I would venture to guess that they are simply trying to aquire the properties to "flip" them to a buyer. Neuhaus doesn't care about oil. He is a real estate guy. I spoke to him myself. So of course, they want to steal the properties at rock bottom prices. And they are slimey enough to have paid bashers here.

It is really pretty obvious to anyone who spent 5 minutes looking at the big picture.

Maybe guys like accurate and ruger are just that stupid. Or maybe they act stupid.

I know you have your own agenda. So the jury is still out on you. But since you have ceased to constantly criticize BDGR, I am willing to respond in kind.

So, in essence, the company is VERY UNDER VALUED at this point. However, because we do not know just how much without an audit, there lies the relevant conundrum.

But also, local, you are fully aware that this company, in addition to its internal problems IS under a hostile manipulation of the stock price. I have posted many times on this subject, so I am at a bit of a loss to understand why you ask the question you do. Maybe that is not your area of expertise. But it is as relevant as NRI and everything that you like to talk about.

Local, I will qualify my value with three assumptions, all of which I expect to happen-- SEC audit, BB listing, JL getting someone to manage operations correctly. Based on production and a moderate increase based on well openings, I just did a comparison to a listed company and came up with 1.25. I've done them before and listed some of the companies here. but it is easy to get a range of .70-1.50 in comparison. The comparison is easy, it is the debate about the assumptions that makes for the soap opera.
