And when the natives start earning royalty payments due to this new rig pumping oil out of the ground. They'll be able to receive financing to build homes.

Exactly! I know a few people waiting to see if it arrives before getting in. For them, it is a legitimacy test of sorts.

BTW, when I say I don't expect a huge run from news of it's arrival, I mean I don't see it hitting some of the outlandish numbers I have seen posted. Yes, I believe it will run upon news of the rig's arrival, I just don't think it will "explode."

The explosion will come with production numbers, JV's, etc.

I agree 100% with you, plus it proves that NAEG is a trustworthy company even though the rig might show up a little bit late.
