When/if the rig PR hits and all these "fence sitters" start buying, it will cause the momo players/traders to pile on top and it will test .025 minimum IMO.

NVMG tested this number WITHOUT a rig during a time of lower oil prices. The share structure is the same as well.

Tons of $$$$ is out there looking for the BEST O/G penny plays. NVMG with a new rig will move to the top of the list and will see a huge influx of cash IMO.

I could be wrong, but i dont think there is one other O/G penny stock with a NEW rig. Most have old junk that cost more to keep operating than they pull out of the ground.
