Paivis clearly doesn't want people to sell... but that's supposed to be my decision to make. Not theirs. I think it's rotten of them to charge shareholders $300 just to be able to sell their shares.
Obviously, though, a logical consequence of this decision should be that it will slow the tide of 144 sellers out of the stock, thus propping up the PPS somewhat, due to the number of shareholders who won't feel it worthwhile to pay $300 to be able to sell their shares right away.
