6 m Anthony Mellone CEO

5 m Mellone's Father

7.4 m in cert form (treasury)

Mellone is not going to raise the o/s, he has nearly 8 million in treasury shares not assigned. That is, nearly 40% of all o/s are still in cert form, as treasury stock unissued.

Some shares to new IR Nelson (not many, and he is not selling, I have spoken to him)

500 k given to now fired IR (these shares are in the float now, this is what caused the drop, crystal clear on the chart i posted earlier on the board)

previous float 300k

Total max float: 1m

Guess what, that is how it has been trading, and how it will continue to trade, not many shares at each price level as you will see in the next sessions.

There is much going on here in this co, news will hit a home run...
