Great recap on the share structure thanks. That looks like a lot of diligent work you did. The only question I have is where did you get the 20M O/S number. PK Sheets is showing 12M O/S as of early May with float at 450K(see below).

I assume the fired PR dumped his shares which took float to your 1M from 450K. I'm just confused about the O/S. Did someone at the company or the TA give you the 20M O/S number. TIA & BOL.
