You would think these "top dollar legal beagles" or "big-time SEC lawyers" (as IW likes to put it) would double/triple check the spelling of the company's name before filing the name change paper work.
Maybe they couldn't afford those top dollars lawyers and had to resort to a do-it-your-self filing.
