If you have top dollar legal beagles working to remedy errors that got you crossways with the SEC, and if they are busy helping you get your business affairs in order so you can uplist and change your name and all of that, it follows logically that, of these several related companies, BIGN would be the one not getting delisted because they have top dollar talent at work for them.
And, further, this litle snippet of detail serves to buttress the idea that BIGN is, in fact, working towards getting their deals done and their name changed, and their books audited and so on. The others missed it. BIGN didn't. BIGN PRed they hired top-dollar talent. This, IMHO, is evidence they actually have done so and that they are not the liars that our board's negative thinkers keep alledging.
