Agree that all AMEP shareholders with over, say, maybe a $2k investment should toss in $50 or $100 to retain a hotshot Texas attorney, then maybe pledge 5% of his/her stock should the issue have to go to trial and the decision is in the contributing shareholders' favor (a good carrot for the lawyer to win the case). The repeated "in your face" responses from JC as posted by those who have spoken to him, essentially "my way or the highway", if taken at face value must be interpreted as "thanks for the seed money, chumps!" It's amusing, I have been treated as a basher and had most of my posts deleted here, only for expressing healthy skepticism, mostly concerning not the veracity of the lease or the rigs or the drilling, but questioning, when the wells came in, how much of the profits would indeed accrue to the common shareholders. The amusement stems from the consideration that the entire tenor of the forum has shifted, and now I'm no longer "on the fringe", but square in the middle. It's good to see that many (most?) are no longer operating on hope, making up excuses for CB, but are now demanding transparency and no BS performance. Should be a landmark learning experience for many.
