You guys should call Ameriturd's Reorg & Safekeeping Dept and ask to speak with either Chad Johnson or another supervisor and plead (or demand, if pleading doesn't work) for someone to help you track down your shares.

Assuming you've already spoken with the TA, tell Ameriturd that you know of other shareholders who have gotten their Paivis shares from Ameritrade already, and say that it looks like you are being unfairly treated. Tell them this delay is costing you money and that they need to explain why you are being singled out.

Simultaneously, open a new SEC complaint about Ameriturd and the delay in delivering your shares, but if I were you I wouldn't initially tell Ameriturd about the new complaint because sometimes they use the threat of new SEC complaints to clam up and forward you to their Compliance/Regulatory Dept (legal).
