Based on the latest company provided NAV (Net Assessed Value) appraisal of approx $.04 a share, but did not include all the lease's and arguable the most significant portion of the assets. The value of these leases has continued to rise in value exponentially after the NAV report. If forced to guess I'd say it would exceed $.10 per share "if we retain the current percentage of ownership ratios"
