FWIW,...that is not such an uncommon phenomena,...

case in point

BCIT,...hasn't traded in months because of a trading halt for suspicious trading activity, phantom shares, naked shorting and thus suspended,...yet the BCIT (street name) is on individual accounts as a stock with value.

yes, i realize that ACMG is still in trading status mode which differs from my example of BCIT, but you were questioning the TA agenda.

even though there is a TA,...doesn't necessarily mean it has trading status.
