What if you closed the account? Would they give it then? There would be nothing anyone could take from it. Bet you they still won't.

Utterly rediculous that they won't send us the document because we would send it to PNMS.

No brainer for PNMS. Remove the account number. Verification would still be valid to the individual.

Caper - This is just amazing...they are going to protect you from yourself by not certifying "personal" info because you might give it to a company? It has become abundantly clear that TDAM HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE! LOL

Putting a social security number on any document and sending it via the internet is just asking for trouble...IMO Nice post otherwise.
